LAS VEGAS (BNN) - - A
Henderson guy with two open DUI cases-- who killed 3 of his buddies as a teen-- was accepted into a court treatment program but will stay in custody for at least a week.
Sean Larimer, 36, deals with 2 DUI charges in 2 separate incidents: one from August 2023 and one from this January, records stated. In 2003, Larimer, then 16, was driving with a number of travelers when he lost control and crashed into a wall. 3 15-year-olds died in the crash.
Earlier this month,
Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Joe Bonaventure ordered Larimer back into custody after he stopped working to appear for a hearing, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported.

The case now relocated to DUI court involves Larimer's August arrest. Metro cops reacted to a crash at an organization on Warm Springs Road near Cimarron Road, files said. A witness told authorities he saw a motorist, later on recognized as Larimer, driving around and attempting "to park forward and in reverse," files said.
Larimer pleaded no contest to the DUI charge in December, records said. The charge was technically for a very first DUI offense within a seven-year window. District attorneys said his juvenile record was sealed and it appears the judge nor district attorneys knew his history.
Bonaventure ordered Larimer not to drink and not to drive. The file suggests Larimer's alcohol-monitoring bracelet recorded alcohol in Larimer's sweat over 5 days.
When police arrested Larimer on the bench warrant, he informed the officer, "I require help," files stated.
Larimer was scheduled to appear in DUI court on March 7.
