40-year-old Batavia woman implicated of dining and dashing

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - - A Batavia woman has been jailed following an alleged circumstances of dining and dashing.

Batavia authorities say 40-year-old Sarah Malone was eating at a regional dining establishment when she left without paying her expense. Cops situated her, but they state she gave them a phony name and date of birth.

Malone was charged with criminal impersonation and theft of services before being launched on a court look ticket.
