Apply now for special spring hunting, fishing chances in Ohio

CLEVELAND (BNN)-- It's officially time for anglers and hunters to obtain the spring season in Ohio.

Those who love to hunt and fish can obtain spring 2024 controlled access opportunities now through March 31. According to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, applicants for these unique turkey hunts and trout fishing opportunities will be selected through a random, computer-based lottery system.

Anglers and hunters can use online with a charge of $3. As soon as authorized, those applicants will be chosen at random, according to the ODNR.

According to the release, all candidates are required to have licenses and licenses before sending their details.

All anglers aged 16 and older are needed to have a legitimate Ohio fishing license. All hunters are required to have a legitimate Ohio hunting license and wild turkey license prior to using.
