Batavia man dies in Monroe County motorbike crash

BRIGHTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - - A Batavia man was killed in Monroe County when his motorcycle collided with another car.

Monday night around 9:30 p.m., Brighton authorities state 24-year-old Dustin Rich was headed west on East River Road when he passed by a traffic light and struck a car exiting the Route 390 off-ramp.

The 4 people in the other car were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for small injuries. Since Tuesday early morning, no charges have been submitted.
