Bitwise Industries 2 weeks away from being kicked out from downtown Fresno structures

FRESNO, Calif. (BNN)-- Another sign Bitwise Industries is going to entirely shut down showed up on the front door of 3 downtown Fresno structures Friday afternoon.
A legal notification was published on the Bitwise building on Van Ness Avenue and the two Bitwise structures on Ventura Street.
The notification is from Baltara Enterprises, which leases the buildings to Bitwise.
It mentions the rent has been unpaid and due for over 62 days and the property owner believes Bitwise has actually deserted the home. Unless Bitwise leaders act, the lease will end on June 17th.
Workers shown Action News that they began getting paper checks in April.
Action News likewise discovered Bitwise stopped making payments to their insurance provider and stopped making 401K contributions at the end of March.
