Carson Ashby breaks windows, attacks brother throughout altercation

22-year-old Carson Ashby was involved in an altercation with his juvenile sibling at their dad's shared home on Indian Creek Road on February 21st. Ashby's bro informed officers that Ashby had been consuming and was distressed, so he started busting windows at the home. Ashby's sibling attempted to relax him down, however that was when he and Ashby got into an altercation.

Carson Chevy Race Ashby of Harvey Road in Cumberland Furnace, TN, was reserved into the Montgomery County Jail on February 22nd, charged with domestic assault, withstanding vandalism, arrest, and contempt. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $4,500.
