Red Rock Resorts Inc., just recently in the spotlight for its unexpected deal of a binding arrangement to sell 49 acres to the Oakland A's for a baseball arena, on Thursday reported greater earnings in the first quarter of 2023.
The business scheduled an afternoon conference call with financiers to discuss monetary results. There was no indicator whether it would offer more details of its strategy to provide a website for a $1.5 billion, 30,000-seat indoor arena that would be an essential action in transferring the Major League Baseball franchise to Las Vegas in the next few years.
Red Rock Resorts, which owns 100 acres at the former website of the Wild West gambling establishment home, would still control about 50 acres in the area once the land offer is finalized, A's President Dave Kaval informed the Review-Journal in April.
The A's part of land in the contract is surrounded by Dean Martin Drive to the east, Tompkins Avenue to north, Procyon Street to the west and Tropicana Avenue to the south. An extra eight acres readily available to the A's is simply to the west of the 49 acres, surrounded by Valley View Boulevard, Tropicana and Procyon.
This is an establishing story. Examine back for updates.
