RALEIGH, N.C. (WGHP) - - Rep. Jon Hardister (R-Guilford, majority whip) filed a costs on Tuesday that forbids state and city government and public schools from issuing COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

The bill would restrict any state and city government firm from issuing COVID-19 vaccine requirements on civilians and civil servant.

It would also forbid federal government companies from needing proof of COVID-19 vaccination records of any person and forbid public schools from providing vaccine mandates on students, faculty or personnel.
