Counties where homes are offering the fastest in Texas

The pace at which homes offer in the U.S. tends to ups and downs over the calendar year, with homes selling fastest in the summertime and slowest in the winter season. However high home costs and home loan rate of interest are keeping many possible buyers on the sidelines.

The median number of days a home invested in the market in February was 48, five days less than the year before. In Texas, the typical home was on the marketplace 62 days.

When homes offer faster, it can be a sign that any given market is less buyer-friendly, and decisions need to be made rapidly.

Stacker compiled a list of counties where homes sold the fastest in Texas using information from Redfin. To be consisted of, counties had at least 100 home sales and are offering quicker than the state median. They are ranked by the median variety of days a home was noted before it sold. In the case of ties, counties with the most home sales total were ranked higher.
