Denver weather condition: Cold temperature levels and more light snow Saturday


DENVER (BNN)-- Denver weather condition will stay cold with light snow showers into the start of the weekend.

Live updates: Snow falls on Black Friday throughout the city




Winter weather advisories continue up until Saturday for areas that will continue to see slick roadways and new snowfall resulting in challenging travel.

Weather tonight: Cold, light snow



Friday night, there will be a couple of more light snow showers. Temperatures will stay cold, falling to the teens and single digits.

Saturday, snow showers will lessen.

Colorado will be left with cold, below-freezing temperatures, only reaching a high in the mid-20s in the city, which is far more normal for lows this time of year than highs.



Looking ahead: Sunshine, slow warming pattern



Sunday, sunshine go back to the projection. Temperatures will stay chilly for the Broncos video game, and just reach a high of around 40 degrees by kickoff.



Sunlight remains in the forecast and will add to a small warming pattern.



Temperatures will remain below typical on Monday, just reaching a high in the mid-40s, followed by more seasonal temperature levels in the upper 40s and lower 50s on Tuesday and Wednesday.
