Dreams came to life for some extremely unique guests as Disney and Make-A-Wish collaborated for the "" Once Upon A Dream"" Princess Ball at the Walt Disney World Resort.
"" Make-A-Wish is about supplying life altering dreams to kids. That'& #x 27; s what we & #x 27; re about," stated Leslie Motter, Make-A-Wish America'& #x 27; s President and CEO.
More than 50 Make-A-Wish kids were in presence at this first-of-its-kind event.
"" It'& #x 27; s something that & #x 27; s extremely humbling for us, when a kid gets to pick where to go and they choose Disney,"" said Josh D'& #x 27; Amaro, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman.
The wonderful journey to the happiest place on earth consisted of a breakfast event where kids got to join Mickey and Minnie Mouse, a trip to the parks and then the royal treatment at the "" Once Upon A Dream"" Princess Ball, where Disney Princesses and other characters assisted make desires come to life.
This event was particularly unique in Disney and Make-A-Wish granted their150,000 th desire.
