New Mexico residents enrolling in the Global Campus can take advantage of the Opportunity Scholarship, which offers up to 100% tuition coverage. Miner explains, “If you’re a new student, you can qualify as long as you attend an institution within the state of New Mexico within 16 months of graduation.”
