Owner William Perez has poured his heart and soul into Los Valedores, serving up delicious, fresh dishes that have won the hearts of many. The food truck has become a staple for locals craving authentic Mexican fare, and now it’s time to take things up a notch.

“We can’t wait to bring new flavors to Birmingham and expand our business so that we bring more comfort to our customers. We’ll have a great selection of drinks as well as outside seating,” Perez shared enthusiastically.
