CLEVELAND – – One of the most popular exhibits at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is the giraffe encounter. You get to feed them!

But despite the fact that they're taller than a two-story house, giraffes are in fact truly timid! BNN's Kenny Crumpton found that out the tough way.
