The iconic In-N-Out Burger is set to make its grand entrance in Arvada and Parker, with both locations opening their doors on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. This beloved California-based fast-food chain is taking the Centennial State by storm, and the excitement is palpable!

Grand Opening Details

Here’s what you need to know about the new locations:

• Arvada Location: Situated at 7494 W. 52nd Ave., at the intersection of West 52nd Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. Managed by Pat Campbell.
• Parker Location: Conveniently located at 9558 Twenty Mile Rd., at the corner of Parker Road and Pine Lane. Managed by Stephanie Swartz.

What to Expect at the New Restaurants

Both locations will feature:

• One drive-thru lane for quick service
• Indoor seating for 84 guests
• A covered patio for outdoor dining with seating for 28

Each restaurant is expected to employ around 80 staff members, with a starting wage of $19.50 per hour—making it a great place to work!

Traffic Concerns Addressed

With excitement comes concern about traffic congestion, especially in the bustling area around 52nd and Wadsworth. However, local officials are optimistic:

• The developer expects lower traffic levels compared to previous openings due to the existing In-N-Out locations in the metro area.

• The Arvada Police will assist on opening day to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow.

Future Plans and Expansion

These new locations mark the 10th and 11th In-N-Out restaurants in Colorado, but the expansion doesn’t stop there. A new restaurant is currently under construction in Colorado Springs, and additional locations are proposed in Timnath and Longmont. This expansion is a testament to the brand's growing popularity in the region!

In-N-Out is also launching a Cookout Truck service in Colorado, bringing their famous burgers and sides to private events. The trucks are fully self-contained, making them a unique catering option for fans of the chain.
