Greensboro guy attacked neighbors after kids's ball rolled into backyard, prosecutors state

GREENSBORO, N.C. A guy implicated of stabbing his neighbors is facing surcharges.

Patrick Cleary was charged with assault with a fatal weapon with intent to kill when he was arrested on Friday after apparently assaulting 2 individuals with a knife on Baylor Street.

On Tuesday, he got 2 charges of tried first-degree murder and two counts of attack with a fatal weapon.

Cleary was in court on Tuesday, where prosecutors stated that Cleary attacked a couple in front of their two children on Baylor Street due to the fact that a ball coming from the kids rolled into Cleary's home.

Ring video of the confrontation was displayed in court.

His bond was increased to $2 million.
