Nikki Haley has lost every main and caucus to former president Donald Trump, but she's not going to say she will back him if he is the eventual Republican presidential nominee.

When asked if she felt bound by a pledge that all GOP prospects-- except Trump-- signed to support the celebration's candidate, she said, "No, I think I'll make what choice I wish to make."

Speaking on NBC's "Meet journalism" Sunday program, she decreased to state if she would leave of the race, saying "I desire the American people to see that you don't have to live in this manner."

On Saturday Trump won caucuses in Idaho and Missouri and won all the delegates at a convention in Michigan.

At concern is a ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court that Trump was ineligible under the 14th Amendment barring those who had taken part in insurrection from holding public office, describing Trump's actions related to the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

It's not straight linked to the problem of whether a president is immune from prosecution for acts devoted while in office.
