Attorneys representing the household of Daniel Barajas are not letting up on their quest to determine exactly what happened in Saline County on the night of Jan. 15, 2022. " Attorneys state new proof gotten in the lawsuits reveals post-incident investigation failures-- including the failure to talk to any SCSO [Saline County Sheriff's Office] deputies, perform mishap restoration, photograph essential evidence, and protect the criminal offense scene-- by the agency charged with getting the answer for the Barajas household, Arkansas State Police (ASP)," a news release stated. "Attorneys include that new evidence gotten also shows that the Turtle Creek Fire Department obliterated the highway crime scene minutes after Daniel was killed and before the investigation had actually even started."
