CLEVELAND - - Video released to the Fox 8 I-Team shows an attack at the
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport when a worker was leapt and beaten.
Cleveland Police video reveals what happened and court records reveal a snag currently in getting justice. An airport custodian went to the hospital after getting assaulted.
In the early hours of one early morning in April, Phtonia Solomon attempted to enter an airport bathroom to clean, but a female inside declined to unlock or come out for a very long time.
The video reveals police arriving in addition to other airport employees. That's when an officer says and knocks, "Open up."
Another employee says and knocks, "Come on outta there."
Eventually, the woman inside did come out and she appeared calm for a moment.
She stated, "I was just having fun with y' all." And, a worker reacted with, "Don't play."
Then, even with multiple Airport employees and police there, the female flew into a rage. She turned violent versus Phtonia Solomon. The police video reveals a violent struggle as an officer attempts to break up the attack.

Solomon informed the I-Team just recently, "All of an abrupt, she just punched me. Put her hands in my mouth."
Authorities arrested Ebony Hayes and charged her with assault.
Now, records show after Hayes got busted, a judge let her out of prison on bond. She didn't reveal up for a hearing, so the Court put out a warrant for her arrest.
Hayes later got detained on a warrant for another case. You see, getting justice is currently getting complicated.
The cops video likewise shows the victim furious at getting attacked. She wanted to take matters into her own hands. However, she didn't.
Now, the wait for what takes place in court..
The custodian also stated, recently, "I don't feel like I must have to go to work and defend myself versus homeless people, or anybody for that matter.".
