Increase of asylum candidates get here to U.S.-Mexico border



SAN DIEGO - - Migrants from all over the world are showing up, once again, to the U.S.-Mexico border in hopes of looking for asylum.

FOX 5's Elizabeth Alvarez invested Wednesday morning at the border to get a better look at ongoing conditions.

Guy, females, and kids were seen in between the secondary and primary border barriers. This area, according to Border Patrol, is considered part of U.S. area.

When Title 42 came to an end, it's a comparable scene to what established back in May.

Some migrants told FOX 5 they are wishing to state asylum, while others discussed they are coming for economic reasons.

It was difficult to determine exactly the number of were people behind the border barrier Wednesday, however migrant advocates who have been keeping an eye on the circumstance state the numbers have actually been getting larger.

Upward towards 250 people were seen waiting to be gotten by Border Patrol Wednesday. When each migrant gotten here and when they'll be taken to be processed, each migrant was provided a color/coated wrist band by Border Patrol as a method for them to know.
