Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice works to construct more powerful neighborhood

Founded in 2008 by Roman Catholic Auxiliary Bishop Rutilio del Riego, Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice (ICIJ) was first assembled to unify immigrant leaders in the Inland Empire. If faith-based, grassroots, and neighborhood organizations worked as a union, he believed that there might be an unified message of justice for immigrants.
