LAS VEGAS (BNN) - - The National Football League announced a game will be played in Spain in 2025 in an effort to grow its international brand name. 8 News Now talked to 2 worldwide journalists about how Spain might be the next huge market for the NFL.
Tristan Afshar and Nacho Garcia with Marca, Spain's nationwide everyday sports site, stated the appeal of American football might catch the attention of a great deal of people across the globe.
"Yeah, they just revealed today that Madrid game, which is substantial obliviously, for their international growth and things like that. There's a specific niche market in Spain for the NFL and I suggest they wish to grow that now, especially partnering with Real Madrid to ideally take the Spanish market by storm.
