KSP examining officer-involved shooting in Kenton County


KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (BNN)-- An examination is underway following an officer-involved shooting in Kenton County on Sunday.

According to the Kentucky State Police Department (KSP), troopers were dispatched on Sunday night in action to reports of an officer-involved shooting in the area of Grand Avenue in Taylor Mill.

KSP informed BNN News that an officer of the Covington Police Department was allegedly associated with the shooting.

Police stated the shooting is presently under examination by the KSP Critical Incident Response Team.
