LETTER: Keep criminals in prison

Monday letter writer Timothy Fitzgerald was spot-on about the ills of today's society. When one is used to commit murder, the Left is fast to blame guns. We never ever hear for the abolishment of knives when somebody is stabbed to death.

This nation requires to go back to the roots of civilized society and acknowledge that murder requires to be punishable by death or life time imprisonment. The revolving doors installed on our prisons are what is failing us. Not guns.
