LETTER: What politicians don’t want the public to learn

I am a signed up independent with a number of issues about some really crucial costs pending in Carson. My desire is that the Review-Journal publish how each legislator voted on every costs.

Eighty-five percent of Americans think you should show ID before you vote. This has to do with sound judgment.

Nevada's public schools have actually been ranked near the bottom for the previous 20 years. School choice will certainly improve every kid's instructional prospects. The Opportunity Scholarships program (Assembly Bill 400) would help more disadvantaged children get the education they deserve.

Assembly Joint Resolution Bill 6 would have Nevada's electoral votes go instantly to whoever has the most popular votes in the country. Why would we Nevadans want to remove our democracy?

With openness, we voters will understand who to enact or out.
