Man accused of beating parents in Raleigh house charged with murder after mom dies

RALEIGH, N.C. (BNN)-- A man currently charged in an attack on his moms and dads has now been reserved for murder, Raleigh Police stated Monday evening.
RPD stated formerly that 29-year-old Christopher McCullough physically beat his moms and dads and took their cars and truck just before 3 p.m. on Aug. 6.
He was charged with murder on Monday after the death of 75-year-old Mary McCullough.

Both parents were required to a hospital after the attack with serious injuries.
A restraining order was released for McCullough, disallowing him from getting within 100 feet of his moms and dads.
On Aug, 9, he was charged with felony second-degree kidnapping. felony larceny of pet dog and misdemeanor domestic violence protective order offense.
McCullough was initially detained on Aug. 7 and charged with two counts of felony assault severe physical injury and felony larceny of automobile.
