INDIANAPOLIS-- Court records are offering gruesome new information into the "horrific" death of a 5-year-old woman on Indy's southwest side.
The woman's mother, Toni McClure, has actually been apprehended for murder. Her sweetheart, Ryan Smith, has been arrested for overlook leading to death, a charge McClure also faces.
