ERIE COUNTY, Ohio (BNN) - - An eclipse weather condition balloon, with climatic measurement devices, was discovered on a small ranches in Berlin Heights Saturday, in addition to in Elyria and throughout Northeast Ohio.
University of Wyoming trainees and their professor drove 1,300 miles to Bluffton, Ohio, to be in the course of totality for the eclipse on April 8.
