Numerous Kansas City metro cities rank leading to live in the Midwest


KANSAS CITY, Mo. - - Liveablility.com has actually released a brand-new list of the top 25 locations to reside in the Midwest, and multiple locations in the Kansas City city location made the list.

According to Liveability.com, Overland Park, Lee's Summit, Olathe and Lawrence all rank in the leading 25 on the list.

All of these cities brought various things to the table that make them the best places to live in America's heartland.

Overland Park, ranks No. 2 and is applauded for its sports locations, food, entertainment, parks and job chances. They were also praised for their farmers' market.

Livability also kept in mind the KC suburban area for being in the city area of the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

Coming in at No. 6 is Olathe. Olathe is acknowledged for its rolling beautiful hills, pioneering spirit, fantastic location for business owners and tight-knit community.

Olathe's top classifications are its transport, economy and education.

Lee's Summit can be found in at No. 10. Adding to the ranking are the city's captivating downtown, art, highly ranked state health centers, schools and lakes.

The last city that falls into the Kansas City region is Lawrence, ranked No. 79 on the list. Livability matched the city for its hub of education, high-paying jobs, the housing market, live music and sporting occasions.
