Regional school closed due to severe weather risk


RICHLAND COUNTY, Ohio (BNN) – – A local school has revealed classes are canceled due to the fact that of the danger of severe weather.

The Madison Local School District in Mansfield revealed early Tuesday that schools were closed "due to the threat of extreme weather condition and twisters this afternoon."

The Early Childhood Learning Center is still open, according to the post.

The BNN weather group is requiring numerous lines of strong and severe storms. The storms might bring big hail and wind gusts 75 mph+.

There is moderate capacity for tornadoes, said Meteorologist Alexis Walters.
