Residents of Canadian and Borger will have the opportunity to meet with staff from U.S. Representative Ronny Jackson's office during mobile office hours this week. The sessions aim to provide constituents with direct access to government services and assistance.
Staff members will be available to help with federal agency concerns, including Social Security, Medicare, veterans' benefits, and passport applications. No appointment is necessary, and all services are provided free of charge.
Mobile office hours bring government resources directly to rural communities, eliminating the need for lengthy travel to district offices. "This is about accessibility," said a BNN source familiar with the initiative. "Many constituents don’t have the time or means to visit Amarillo or other larger cities for assistance."
For those unable to attend, Rep. Jackson's district offices remain open for scheduled appointments.
