Shocking Arrest in Dona Ana County

40-year-old Isaac Lee Martinez is currently behind bars at the Dona Ana County Detention Center facing serious charges. These include criminal sexual penetration (force/coercion), criminal sexual contact of a minor (unclothed), and criminal sexual contact with a child.

El Paso Jail records indicate that Martinez was apprehended by law enforcement in El Paso on July 14, 2024. He was later transferred and booked into the Dona Ana County Detention Center on July 18, 2024, as per Dona Ana County jail records.

According to jail records, Martinez is being held without bond, and authorities brought him in based on an arrest warrant for the felony charges.
