Texas robbery suspect on the run, thought to be in Las Vegas


LAS VEGAS (BNN) - - The U.S. Marshals are looking for a Texas robbery suspect who is believed to be in Las Vegas.

Jerome Marquise Donavon, 34, was detained in 2018, launched from custody on bond, and failed to return to court, according to Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Ray Venegas.

" We are worried for the neighborhood and the members of the public here in Las Vegas," Venegas informed the 8 News Now Investigators.

The U.S. Marshals are looking for Jerome Marquise Donavon, 34, a Texas break-in suspect who is thought to be in Las Vegas. (U.S Marshals).

There is a warrant for Donavon for intensified burglary out of Lubbock, Texas, Venegas stated.

Donavon and 2 other suspects are accused of dedicating an armed robbery spree in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Lubbock areas. In Lubbock, they went into a 7-11, put a weapon on a cashier, required her into a bathroom, threatened her and robbed the shop, according to the U.S. Marshals.

Donovan published bond after his arrest and has actually been on the run. An examination revealed Donavon may be residing in an area of Las Vegas near Sahara Avenue and Maryland Parkway with a sis of one of his co-defendants, Venegas said.
