I visited last Tuesday for some stylish grilled rainbow trout of my own. The cooks at Flying Fish still shout out "make it stylish" when you request the tangy seasoning. If there was a savvy thriftiness to Millar's snappy repartee, it also happened to be the everyday special ($ 10.99) that day which made me question.

I asked him if his Tuesday order had anything to do with the weekly specials.

Millar normally goes for one of three items: The Big Salad with ham, no cheese, with oil and vinegar; the Clean The Floor (Iriana's variation of the supreme) no cheese, of course; and the Sausage Grinder (his most routine order) served on French bread, sans cheese, add mushrooms, peppers and onions.
