DENVER (BNN) - - A snowstorm rolled into the Front Range and the
Denver metro over the weekend, dumping a number of inches to over a foot of snow in some areas.
The storm began Friday and lasted late into the night on Saturday.
The state did not see almost as much snow as it did in between Feb. 2-3, however there were still a few huge snow overalls in some areas.
Why do Denver snow days keep falling on weekends?
Weld County, particularly Greeley, saw the biggest overalls in the Front Range, with over a foot of snowfall in some locations.
Jefferson County likewise saw a little more snow than the remainder of the city area, with Golden reporting 8.8 inches.

Denver itself did not receive almost as much snow as some areas did, with 3.7 inches of snow tipping over the two-day period.
