A spokesperson for the energy company launched the following statement Wednesday morning:
We understand lacking power is tough, particularly in this extreme heat. A number of our line workers have left their own families in the dark to overcome these challenging conditions and bring back power to about 3,000 clients in northeast Ohio who are without power. Our crews are out completely force, working around the clock in 16-hour shifts up until every last customer is back up and running today.
