TRUMBULL COUNTY, Ohio-- Troopers have apprehended a person caught driving at high speeds on the Ohio Turnpike Saturday afternoon, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
A cannon fodder attempted to make a traffic stop around 2 p.m. near mile post 209 in Braceville Township after observing a motorist going 91 miles per hour. However, the specific driving a Nissan Altima with a New Jersey plate did not pull over.
Rather, the driver tried to get away, going up to speeds over 100 mph, according to OSHP.
Stop sticks were apparently placed on the roadway around mile post 182, which did successfully stop the scuba diver's automobile. The chase ended with the 33-year-old chauffeur being taken into custody.

They are presently at Portage County Jail, OSHP stated, and charges are pending.
