Those attempting to gain access to Facebook Messenger encountered the exact same scenario.

On Instagram, users have actually been able to gain access to most content but got an alert on their timeline that the feed could not be refreshed. The message Instagram users were fulfilled with while attempting to access their timelines through a web browser amid an evident blackout on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.

It's presently unclear what is triggering the failure.
