Victim in critical condition following Sacramento County shooting

(FOX40.COM)-- An individual is in vital condition following a shooting in South Sacramento Saturday, the Sacramento County Constable's Workplace said.

According to the sheriff's office, deputies reacted to a report around 5:40 p.m. of an adult male being shot on Whisperwillow Drive near Willow Wind Court.

The sheriff's office stated the man was required to the healthcare facility and that his injuries are life-threatening.
