MANCHESTER, Conn. – – Three people were hurt after an intense crash involving a completely filled tanker truck and a guest vehicle on a Connecticut highway.
According to regional firemens, the crash took place Sunday at about 9 p.m. on Interstate 84, near Manchester.
The truck was carrying 8,300 gallons of fuel when it rolled over and ignited with a number of surges taking place, according to a post by the Manchester Fire Department. According to authorities, eventually the decision was made to let the fire burn itself out.

Officials say 3 individuals were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
