Owner of Vic's Ice Cream, a Land Park staple, dies

(FOX40.COM)-- Craig Rutledge, the owner of Vic's Ice Cream has died, business announced Wednesday on social media.

" He was a terrific man and a friend to so numerous," the company stated on its Facebook page. Craig will be a lot missed, however never forgotten.
