Cuba Gooding Jr. added to Sean 'Diddy' Combs sexual assault suit

The federal sex-trafficking investigation including music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is expanding its reach.

A music manufacturer who first took legal action against Sean "Diddy' Combs for sexual assault back in February is now including Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. to that problem.

He stated he searched him while aboard Combs' luxury yacht. Jones' initial suit declared the Bad Boy Records founder forced him to obtain sex workers and required him to engage in unwanted sex acts.

That exact same suit claims Combs admitted to being accountable for that notorious 1999 New York City club shooting, which wound up getting him, then sweetheart Jennifer Lopez and rap artist Jamal "Shyne" Barrow arrested.

Eventually, Barrow was charged with the shooting and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Combs was detained on weapons charges.

Shooting victim Natania Reuben states Combs shot her in the face that night.

" I actually viewed them pull out the guns, I had a clear point of view," she stated throughout a look on "Elizabeth Vargas Reports. "I mean I was literally shot in my nose. I was facing them straight, I watched whatever take place.".

" Because his name was more notable, he was thought, instead of a victim who gave a first-hand account," she explained. "By the grace of God, I endured.".

Reuben submitted a $130 million lawsuit for settlement against Combs in 2008 and settled in June 2011.

Jones' lawsuit is among numerous that the rap artist has actually faced recently.

On the other hand in June of 2023, Gooding Jr. settled a civil sexual assault case just before trial. He was accused of raping a woman in a New York City hotel 10 years prior.

Law enforcement officials inform BNN 5 that they have not detained Combs after raiding homes connected to him in Los Angeles and Miami on Monday.

They have arrested Combs' alleged drug "mule," who was taking a trip with him. Brendan Paul, 25, was collared on Monday at Miami's Opa-Locka Airport.

Video reveals federal agents intercepting Combs' personal airplane before Paul was about to board. He's been reserved on one count of posession of drug and marijuana sweet.

The Miami Herald reports the "Last Night" singer was at the airport with Paul, the set were headed on a spring break journey with Combs' twin children. This was simply hours after both homes were raided.

The day of the raids, a private aircraft showed up in the Bahamas, which was linked to Combs. The Prime Minister confirmed that Combs was not on that plane.

In the meantime, his representatives and lawyers maintain his innocence.

Lawyer Aaron Dyer called the searches "a gross use of military-level force" and that Combs is "innocent and will continue to battle" to clear his name.

Dyer issued a statement on Tuesday, a day after the raids.

" There is no reason for the extreme show of force and hostility displayed by authorities or the way his employees and kids were dealt with.".

During the search at Combs' L.A. home in the Holmbly Hills neighborhood, his children Justin Combs, 30, and Christian "King" Combs, 25 were amongst those briefly detained outside.

Combs' whereabouts are unidentified at this time.
